Winter Kite Fest in Bávaro

With the participation of professionals

NOTICIA: Bávaro.- Playa Blanca Restaurant, located at Punta Cana Resort & Club, was the chosen place to celebrate the 1^st Winter Kite Fest in Playa Blanca, a day of lots of adrenaline and action, where those present enjoyed the water sports. A young and active, ruled by the sponsorship of Red Bull, in the first Kite Surf event in the area of Punta Cana and Bávaro, Playa Blanca and throwing his recent alliance with Kite Club, as the most practical option for fresh of the sport, usually made in the north of the country.

The exhibition was attended by professionals from national and international circuit, attending Susanne Mai, the promising young sport and Red Bull Women’s Kite Surf team representative, along with other participants who gave the best of themselves, achieving truly spectacular stunts.

Pellerano Gómez-Germain, organizer of the event along with Red Bull said :

We continue with our strong commitment to providing the ideal place to combine leisure beach where all kinds of sports and good atmosphere in the spectacular scenery that only offers Playa Blanca.

With this formal opening event gave the new scenario that will sport in the country, Playa Blanca again positioned as the Mecca of the enjoyment of beach in 2010 and years to come.

The activity culminated with a beach party enlivened by various DJ’s of the Music Academy Red Bull, who began to vibrate this Fest.
