Personalities involved with tourism in the East area are recognized

Association of Hotels and Tourism Projects in the East Zone

BREAKING NEWS: Bávaro.- The Association of Hotels and Tourism Projects in the East Zone presented plaques of appreciation to several hotels, authorities and people involved in tourism development in the area of Punta Cana - Bávaro.

The president of the Association of Hotels and Tourism Projects in the East Zone, Ernesto Veloz, praised the support that the destination of Punta Cana - Bávaro received in the last year of the Tourism minister Francisco Javier Garcia.

In the celebration, it was given in recognition of Grupo Punta Cana for its 40th anniversary and for being the pioneers in the development of the destination Punta Cana-Bávaro.

Another award was given to Manati Park for their contributions to the complementary offerings in the area. He was also recognized Ignacio went as Hotelier of the Year and for his work of 11 years of dedicated service of Dominican tourism.

Other awards were given to producer for Tourism, Yes, Thank you, Alfonso Dicenta; Victoriano Guzman, President of the Junta de Vecinos Del Hoyo de Friusa, Henry Gomez Bueno, director general of the Tourism Police and Johnny Vasquez, Politur adviser.
